One of my favorite workouts is when I go through ALL my forms with the only break in between is to do a set of push ups. You can start with a small set of perhaps 10 push ups in between each form and work up from there. Right now I am up to doing 40 push ups between each form. You perform the form at 100% power and with very low stances trying to move through the transitions quickly but paying attention to detail. Then, just when you think you up for a break, wham! time to do 40 push ups. You kick those out fast and go right into the next form at 100%. Feels great.....when you're done Wink
